Warranty Coverage
NeuroCommandLabs devices come with a comprehensive 2-year manufacturing warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

Product-Specific Warranty
Eyestalk
2-year warranty covering EOG electrodes, processor unit, and cables. Electrode strips may be replaced at a nominal cost after 12 months as they are consumable items.
Eyestalk Pro
2-year warranty covering camera system, wireless receiver, processor, and battery. Battery replacement available at ₹2,000 after 12 months due to natural degradation.
Eyestalk Ultra
3-year warranty covering neural sensors, smart glasses, AI processor, and all accessories. Premium support and expedited repair available.
How to File a Warranty Claim

- 2.Provide your product serial number and description of the issue
- 3.We'll arrange free pickup or provide a prepaid return label
- 4.Product will be repaired or replaced within 5-7 business days
- 5.We'll ship it back to you at no additional cost
Extended Warranty
We offer optional extended warranty plans:
- 3-Year Extended: ₹2,000 (covers years 3 of warranty)
- 5-Year Extended: ₹4,000 (covers years 3-5 of warranty)
- Accidental Damage Coverage: ₹3,000 (covers drops, water damage, misuse)
Hospital & Bulk Purchase Warranty
Hospitals and institutions purchasing 10+ units receive:
- • Extended 3-year warranty as standard
- • On-site technician support for installation and calibration
- • Priority repair turnaround (2-3 business days)
- • Quarterly maintenance check-ups included
